Mini Avalanche's
Learn to Skate / Intro to Hockey
The Mini Avs will focus on teaching young children how to skate as well as introduce them to the basics of hockey. There will be two sessions per week, the Friday session will consist of a 30 minute lesson followed by 20 minutes of free skate, while the Sunday session will consist of a 30 minute lesson followed by 30 minutes of game time. Also included in the program will be a Mini Avs Jersey to keep, plus a public skating card!
Division 1 State Championship coach Casey Kesselring will be the primary on ice instructor! The players will be required to wear full hockey gear as this program is geared towards kids that would like to play hockey. Once they have progressed through the Mini Avs they will advance to the Learn to Play Intro Mite Program Little Avs!

FULL HOCKEY EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SKATERS
This season we are asking all parents to register their Mini and Little Avalanche players with USA HOCKEY for the 2008-2009 Season using the USA HOCKEY online registration process. Go to this webpage http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/ to begin the registration process: The NH Avalanche Registrar Kim Burgess will need to verify each registration before players and coaches are allowed to participate in any Ice Den Arena on ice practices and games.
